Calling all Carnies

Calling all carnies: the next Carnival of the Mundane will pitch its tent at Colla Voce on Friday, March 31.

The carnie crew has been growing like a chia pet on steroids. It seems there's nothing like flashy garments, cheap entertainment, and spun sugar to draw a crowd—of people, as well as flies. So once again, tell all your friends, post a notice on your blog, and submit your mundane musings, your uneventful utterings, your tellurian tales to gogogertie at sbcglobal dot net.

Carnival of the Mundane VI

Running the carnival is never an easy task, and Cheryl has been having more than her share of technical difficulties with Carnival of the Mundane VI, so please drop by for a visit but bring your own candy apple, and don't forget to place the stick in the trash can when you're finished.

It's never too early to vie for a 2007 Mundy

The carnies are enthralled by the Pacific Ocean (who can blame them?) and so have decided to stay in California until the winter ends. I live in Toronto, so I'm all for this strategy, even though it is Dean who arranged it.

So the next Carnival of the Mundane will be hosted by Cheryl at Bread and Bread on Friday, March 17.

Send your mundane posts to meadowbat [at] yahoo [dot] com.

Tuxes and taffeta are optional.

Carnival of the Mundane V

The carnies have been enjoying the sunny surrealness of La La Land, and so decided to keep the tents pitched under the California sun for another session. Neil Kramer, of Citizen of the Month, hosts Carnival of the Mundane V live from Hollywood.

It's award season, and Neil, with co-host Lindsay Wagner, are on the red carpet to present the Mundies. So put on your tux or your taffeta dress, and come watch Neil and Lindsay open the envelopes...
